2026 Rose Patten Mentorship Program

Applications are now open for the 2026 Rose Patten Mentorship Program.
The Rose Patten Mentorship program is designed for staff-appointed employees who have held a full-time, continuing role at the University of Toronto for at least 18 months.
If you are looking to grow your career, expand your network and gain valuable insights from experienced U of T colleagues then we invite you to apply to either the Leadership or Learning Partnership streams, based on your current job level.
Participants in both streams will:
- Receive one-on-one career guidance from a more senior U of T staff member.
- Broaden and build professional networks across the university.
- Gain insight into U of T’s governance, culture and administration.
- Develop a personalized career plan and associated development plan.
Program Duration: January – December 2026
