Joshua Adams

Joshua is the research coordinator for the VPRI Indigenous Research Circle and the Waakebiness-Bryce Institute for Indigenous Health. Joshua is a settler on Anishnawbe and Haudonsaunee lands, he is originally from Newfoundland. His background is in social work and anti-oppressive practice, with experience in community outreach, programming and advocacy. He is also the managing editor of the International Journal of Indigenous Health. When not doing decolonial work, Joshua is often travelling to offbeat locations, reading horror or history books, or volunteering with different political groups within Toronto.
